How It Works

Functional principal make-sense

•  Choose a member based on source and target languages and specialized area (construction, medicine, environment, etc.). For translations: provide the text to be translated. For interpreting, provide details about the occasion. They can then make you an offer.

•  Determine the specific features of the order. For translations: type of text (data sheet, product information, advertising text, etc.), target group and intended purpose, delivery form (software, hardcopy, data medium, layout) and deadline. For interpreting: date, duration, type of occasion (business negotiations, escort interpreting, lecture, etc.) and type of interpreting (simultaneous, consecutive, or whispered interpreting).

•  When placing the order, provide the translator or interpreter with appropriate specialized and/or reference material, and designate a contact for further inquiries.

•  For translations, the source text should be provided in an editable file format, so that the desired layout is ensured. If it is only available as a fax, an email, or a scanned file, etc., or is poorly legible, or if the layout leads to other difficulties, the translation will take more time and be more expensive.

•  Provide a signed, written confirmation of the order so the translator can begin.

•  By placing and confirmation the order, you agree to our general terms and conditions ( GTC s).
